- No smoking on the premises or within 15 feet of the entrance to The Loft.
- Alcohol shall be served by a Basset-trained server, and kept within The Loft.
- No loud music after 10pm.
- No weapons or hard narcotic drugs.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Pets are not allowed without manager’s consent except for service animals.
- Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.
- Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
- Rental time includes setup and teardown.
- Overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the stated hourly rate, in half-hour increments beyond your stated departure time.
- No items shall be nailed, glued, or taped to the walls within the space.
- No glitter, confetti, rice or birdseed is allowed within The Loft.
- At the end of your event, the space should be left in the condition as when you arrived e.g. cleanup spills, trash in garbage cans, etc.
- The space will be reviewed after each event for damage to the walls, floors, furniture or accessories and you will be notified within 7 days if damages are found.

All setup and tear down time is included in your total rental hours. Additional cleaning fee of $75 is required. We require that a credit card be on file, in the event of damage. A licensed and insured bartender is required if client is serving alcohol. We can provide you with preferred vendor information.
