Pop Up Weddings

Updated: May 11, 2021

Here it is, folks! A weekend of Pop-Up Weddings, with everything included, so that your wedding date remains the same, and your larger celebration can take place later!

We’ve given a lot of thought and planning to this idea for “elopement” or “pop-up” weddings, and we’re ready to become The Fox Valley and Chicago northwest suburban area’s Most Beautiful Choice for a Pop-Up Wedding!

If you’re looking for an elegantly-styled elopement wedding, with up to 25 of your closest friends and family, at a fraction of the cost of a full-day wedding, a Pop-Up wedding may be for you!

Here’s what it’s all about! A pop-up, or elopement wedding is a ninety-minute celebration, designed and styled completely by Elements Preserved, and held at The Loft of Elements Preserved, our urban, vintage-styled Loft Venue, in Elgin, IL. All of the details are taken care of, from start to finish, without the stress of you having to plan a thing! We include all the details that would be important to you, for a fraction of the typical price of a full-scale wedding.

What’s Included in a Pop-Up Wedding at The Loft of Elements Preserved?

  • Invitations to share, announcing your wedding day, lovingly created by some of our favorite stationers

  • A professional Officiant to perform your ceremony, which may be personalized to your wedding day wishes

  • A fresh-floral bouquet and boutonniere from one of our fave florists

  • Floral design accenting a beautiful backdrop we’ve selected from our inventory

  • Styling throughout our elegant venue, The Loft of Elements Preserved, with chairs for your ceremony area, upholstered seating pieces, and a thoroughly styled event space, using decor pieces from our vintage and specialty rentals loot.

  • A professional photographer who will capture all the details of your wedding day, during the ninety-minute event

  • A drink station for your guests to enjoy sparkling drinks while photos are being taken

  • A sweets table, complete with a couple’s cake, and desserts for your guests from a local bakery, all enjoyed on vintage china. What's a wedding without the sweets!

  • Champagne drinks for the couple, and a special send-off

  • Opportunity to invite up to 25 of your nearest and dearest

On Your Pop-Up Wedding Day
