We have revised our wedding packages recently, and are offering an Elopement Wedding package, which provides you with all the essentials for your wedding, flowers, photographer, officiant, and a cutting cake, while celebrating with 8 of your friends or family. It's tiny, it's simple, and yet it's not at the courthouse, but in our lovely light-filled venue, The Loft of Elements Preserved, located downtown Elgin, IL. We take care of setting up chairs for your ceremony, or you can also ask guests to stand in a semi-circle around you! We coordinate with one of our photographers, the bakery, and an officiant to get all the details in place, and you simply need to remind your guests what time to arrive, put on your fancy clothes, bring your marriage license (Kane County), and come ready to celebrate.
How Does It Work
So, just how does this all work, you might ask. You have 1.5 hours at The Loft, from start to finish, giving your photographer time for one hour to capture all the details, your ceremony, photos with guests, cutting the cake for yourselves, while guests mingle and socialize with you and each other. When it's time to go, pack up any gifts and cards, your cake, marriage license and any details you've brought with you, and we take care of the rest! The natural light venue offers an airy, understated elegance to every event, whether a wedding for 50, pictured below, or your intimate elopement for 10!
