Every love story begins a new chapter in your book of life, and when it's time to celebrate your next chapter, we would love to share some beautiful inspiration for your celebration at The Loft of Elements Preserved, a quaint, intimate venue, located in downtown Elgin, IL.

Suki's "Next Chapter" themed bridal shower was held in the Fall of 2024, just a few weeks before her wedding date. Her sisters and mother worked together to plan and execute the shower, while also incorporating rentals from our vast collection, housed nearby, through our specialty rental business, Elements Preserved Vintage Rental. Every event we host has the opportunity to add rental decor from us; we supply it ready for you to decorate, or with our additional styling service, we can complete the decor staging and styling, prior to your arrival!

Books were the focus on each of the 4 farm tables, and created a perfect riser for the bud vases and floral they supplied! Along with brass candleholders rented from our collection, the tables were dressed with runners, votive candle holders, and books, and more books! Our vintage typewriter took it's place on the black vintage sideboard, which held sweets of every kind!

Brunchtime foods included a serve yourself donut tray, a bagel bar, along with all the Fall appetizers, including caramel apples, mini sandwiches, quiche, bruschetta, caprese salad on a stick, yogurt parfaits, and fruit bowls! Guests helped themselves to a variety of drinks!

The hosts requested that we include our vintage white mantel, styled with greenery climbing the wall, vintage Italianate side tables, and candles, to create a unique backdrop area for photos with family and friends. There are other options for backdrops besides the ever-popular balloon garlands and arched walls, if you want a more classic, timeless design. We'd love to show you more of our inventory!
