Here's a bit of luxury wedding inspiration with some of our favorite colors; blush and blue! What's a better environment to receive instruction for wedding photographers and to enjoy the opportunity to photograph a styled wedding shoot, with individual charcuterie lunch boxes, and a full day of creativity, than a Bespoke Wedding Photography Workshop!
When Rachael Kazmier Photography and Lindsey Taylor Photography contacted us, and gave us their inspiration, we were honored to choose items from our collection that brought a classic editorial style, both with furniture and accent pieces. These opportunities are so worthwhile for photographers to learn from more seasoned photographers, and then have the opportunity to photograph a real couple in a real-wedding setting!
On a beautiful Fall day in October, we staged our Madeleine settee in the entry foyer of Providence Vineyard, the beautiful, big white barn that's pure luxury inside! Located in Hebron, IL, you enjoy the best of country life, and a bright, light venue! On a nearby table, we placed a vintage 4-arm silver candelabra and anchored the setting with a large area rug! We are thrilled with the photos shared by Rachael and Lindsey.
It's great when your rental pieces can be used in more than one location, so following couples photos, the settee was moved into the Ceremony Hall where it became seating for the sweetheart table. Janet Matthews, owner of Dish and Decor Vintage Rental, provided the beautiful vintage china, stemware, and flatware for this beautiful table setting, while invitations and paper were provided by the oh so talented Ashley Frye, owner Ashley Frye Studio.
Adding those detail pieces make such beautiful, keepsake photos! We love the shoe shots! Always, always give your photographer a few key pieces of your personal items, invitation, shoes, jewelry, and flowers to capture such a shot!
Throughout the design process, I spoke with Danielle Kuhn, planner with Ohana Events, about all the tiny and not so tiny details. The details matter, no matter how small or large your wedding is; they're the first hint of the experience that your guests will enjoy, and they should carry through to the moment your guests depart for the night!
The most beautiful charcuterie boxes were prepared for each participant in the workshop, by Sage and Jam, along with a grazing table set out later in the day. We can't think of a more creative way to share this goodness than individually boxed charcuterie; keep this in mind even for your upcoming small events where you want to keep food safety and guest safety at a premium.
The white buffet/sideboard, a vintage piece at Providence, was filled with elements from our sweets table collection of serveware, all vintage milk glass or vintage inspired white cake plates, platters, and servers. The sweets were both a treat for the taste buds, and so beautiful to capture in photos! Be sure to check out EKCakery for all the macarons, sweet treats, and cakes she offers!
Michaela Mantarian, florist, created a stunning greenery feature for the ceremony area, the entryway where our vintage sofa was placed, and for the sweetheart table and dining table! And, those bouquets were just stunning! So, so pretty! I am in love with this color palette, and hope that we can incorporate these colors and pieces from our collection into some upcoming events!
Notice the beautiful bar area, perfect for drinks and appetizers following the ceremony. We added a vintage silver champagne bucket which was filled with flowers - again, think about how you want to carry your floral and color theme throughout your event! The details make such a difference!
What beautiful participants, too! Just take a look at the bride's beautiful gown, from Jenny Yoo NYC, and the bridesmaids dresses; I've never seen dresses so beautifully created! Stunning! Be sure to check their website at Needle And Thread.
We hope you enjoy this photo tour of a full day workshop with the most beautiful couple, extremely talented vendors bringing their A-game, Rachael and Lindsey, who presented their 1st Wedding Photography Workshop, and Providence Vineyard for hosting us! It's always such a pleasure to work there, and we hope you'll be inspired by these photos! Let us know how we can help bring your wedding vision to life; we'll add the details that are all about you!
