Celebrating the impending arrival of Baby Beverly as a new chapter begins for Mommy Caitlin, her sister and mother creatively decorated The Loft with loads of books, and references to the next chapter, with a sweet baby shower this Spring.
As guest entered The Loft, they were greeted with signage recognizing Caitlin, with a series of books! I'm guessing Caitlin is a bookworm! This theme was carried throughout their decor, including a book where each guest was to choose a page and sign their name, and each guest brought a book for the growing collection for baby girl. Books open adventures for all of us to enjoy, and what a great start to a library for baby Beverly.
The tables were decorated with blush runners, brass candleholders and an array of blush, tangerine, and goldenrod candles, while bud vases dotted each table with miniature arrangements of florals. Personal mementos were added to the decor, as well.
The arched backdrop was accented with balloons and signage, "a new chapter begins," and created the perfect spot for photos. This decor was provided by Tricia Mae Rentals and Decor.
Greenspoon Kitchen catered the event with a variety of chips, a grilled veggie tray, smoked chicken salad sliders, ham and pear chutney sandwiches, turkey and swiss sandwiches, a fruit tray, and individual fruit tarts! We highly recommend Greenspoon Kitchen for their excellent flavor profiles, and presentation!
When you rent The Loft, you have the opportunity to do your own decorating, or to hire us to help bring your vision to life. With access to a wide variety of tabletop decor, props, candleholders, runners, bud vases, vintage china and goblets, lounge seating, baby carriages and other baby props, we can easily add these decor pieces to your rental package, and do the styling for you! We also work with numerous backdrop and balloon vendors, if you wish to include something like this for your celebration.
We're also working directly with one of our favorite photographers who has offered a 1 hour "details" package to capture all the beautiful details of your party, for your keepsake memories. Please ask if you're interested in adding this service!
New chapters and new adventures await for Caitlin, and all the other mommies we've celebrated this year. We hope you'll come celebrate with us, as well.
